Disneyland- Day 2

Day 2 was spent in California Adventure, and it was all about the rides on this side of the park. First off was to go to Radiator Springs where all the Cars land stuff was, it is brand new, so VERY popular. Luckily we figured out a smart way to make sure we got Spencer on the ride 3 times in one hour!!!! 

First Tyler and Spencer went with the other boys. 

Then we did a child swap and Spencer and I were able to go. If you can't tell, we are going REALLY fast. I think this picture is so funny. 

While in Cars land we went on some other rides. This one is like an air hockey table one, where you glide across to do bumper cars. Tyler and Spencer liked trying to get each other on this ride. 

Then we got to ride one of my favorite rides there California Screamin'!!! Tyler doesn't usually ride this ride because it has a loop in it, and he was worried he would get motion sickness, but he said he would ride this one time with me. Also Spencer can't ride this one yet, so someone watched the boys for us while we rode. It was fun. Also we know where the camera is, so we kinda like to make faces. Todd's are really good.  

Haylee and I figured out what we would do 5 seconds before this picture, and it seemed like A knew what we were thinking. 

 After some of the rides we calmed down to watch the Pixar parade, my favorite parade there. We got the kids in order and got some snacks to wait for the parade to start. Preston did so well throughout our long days there, even napping in the stroller. What a happy boy.

That evening we had tickets for the Color of Wonder water show. It was really cold, and we were not completely prepared for that, but it was beautiful and so fun....the cold wasn't sooo bad. 

 They had pictures projected throughout the show of Disney characters.

 We were up on the bridge part to watch, which was perfect, because we only got a little spray and we felt the warmth from this fire. Do you see all the people on the almost middle to right side of the picture? They got soaked, and remember it was cold. Glad we had people in our group on top of things to get recommendations from park people....really a great spot. 

We again went home afterwards and just crashed. Two FULL days of Disneyland can just tire you out. I think this day we were there for over 12 hours. But it was all so worth it, we loved it!!!!
