I have found by far my most favorite flower here in Zimbabwe! I don't know what the name of it is, but it's gorgeous!
I love how it has the white flower on the outside, but then another purple flower coming from the middle. How does that happen!??! Another thing, they are not always in bloom. I've noticed that it's only on some days that these flowers are full bloom. Other days they are closed up tight.Another flower that is in our front yard, are these pretty red ones.
BUT...they are on a tree. So the petals are always all over the yard, but they are pretty and vibrant!

Gorgeous. We need more plant life here....stupid winter.
I can't wait 'till flowers are in bloom around here! I'm tired of the brown and gray of winter. Your pics make me long for Spring to get here!
