Grandma and Poppa's House

(2nd Update)

To continue my "What I Did This Summer" here is what else we did in VA with Grandma and Poppa, and of course Wyatt. :)

My dad and I decided to take the boys to the Virginia Marine Science Museum. The boys loved it.
Here are the boys in front of the sting-ray pool.
Spencer and Wyatt inside JAWS!!! Spencer looks surprised, but Wyatt seems bored?
And now Spencer thinks it ain't no thang to be by JAWS' teeth. While Wyatt tries to hold the mouth open for them to jump out. :)
All of us in front of the shark tank...really boys...no smiles for the camera??
Here we are on the day we taught Spencer how to slip 'n' slide. Yep, he never did it before this day. This was his first attempt. Yes, that's how far he slid. Sad, huh?
So Uncle Heath showed us that we could help Spencer slide by pretty much throwing him down there. This is Wyatt taking his turn of throwing.
Wyatt had no problem getting to the end.
YEA! He finally made it!!! He loves the slip 'n' slide now.
A quilt my mom made!! It's great huh? It's from the Hungry Caterpillar book by Eric Carle. She made this one for a baby shower.
Wyatt helping Spencer. They have truly become best buddies while we've been home.
Digging holes and sitting in them.
I love this beach bum picture of Wyatt.
Liza and Dad chillin'.
Spencer and Tyler eatin'.
Wyatt brought his skim board to the beach and showed off his skills.
Yeah, that's right, he can do it with only one foot!

Spencer and Tyler were running away from the waves. I love this picture because you can see the pure joy in Spencer's face. Love it! :)
...to be continued...

I am glad Spencer got the hang of the slip and slide. It would be a sad day if he didn't get any further :)
